I installed YSMenu on my R4SDHC because it has a timebomb. I tried alot of Pokemon Black roms and non of them lets me past the character naming part. The AP patch in the YSMenu seems to not work as well. Help pls?

EDIT: I'm using an N2DSXL, and I cannot uninstall YSMenu and keep changing the date to keep using it because my sister plays Animal Crossing New Leaf on it and I'm afraid it will mess with the game.

Use YSMenu (v7.06) and I recommend making sure your dumps match this information below:

how do I see these infos on my rom?

On Windows there's actually an option to see that stuff if you select then right-click on the file. It's there somewhere, CRC-32 and all that. If you don't want to do that there are online ways to see it too, just search for "[CRC32] file checksum", replacing CRC32

I'm sorry I still don't understand, nothing related to the CRC32 pops up when I right click and check the properties and stuff, can you explain better?

Huh, maybe it's a 7zip thing, sorry. You could get it and install or do online if you don't wanna bother then.

UPDATE:
I managed to fix it, I reinstalled the default kernel and YSMenu and that somehow fixed the problem

Remember to always have the latest version of the cheat files to get all the AP patches, like someone mentioned above. Also, for clean rom files, google is always your friend ;)
