Hacking How do I make and edit Wii themes on Linux?

I use Lubuntu 19.04, and hoping that I can downgrade my Wii U (the gamepad is broken), I decided that I wanted to get into theme making. Where do I start?

W.I.N.E doesn't work with the theme makers I've come across. What a shame.

Unfortunately I don’t think any of the theme making programs have been ported to linux...
