Hello, I have a few cias that I would like to install without having to take out the micro SD card. How could I make a QR code for that CIA in which I could scan in FBI to install?

To make your own you need a webserver you can host the CIA files on that is accessible to your 3DS. Since you're asking about this, I'm guessing this is beyond your ability at this point.

Just get an FTP server for your 3DS and use FTP to transfer them over.

Lets say I make a site and for cias. Can I then upload the cias to the site and make a QR code using a generator for the download link?
