Hacking How Do I Install IOS21 ??

I am attempting to install the softmod onto a friends Wii..the Wii is currently running on 2.2E

I just tried to start the install but when i tried to install the Homebrew Channel i get the message that the correct version of IOS (IOS21) isnt installed...

What is the best and easiest way to get IOS21 onto this Wii ??

update with a game that has the 3.2 update that would be that best way. games that have the update are. SSBB and MKW. you could use other games with the 3.3 or 3.4 updates such as AC:CF(3.3) but other than that i cant think of anything else
