How do I install games on iso format on PS3HEN?

Yea it will show on xmb when you load it first with Irisman/ Multiman.

You don't install isos, just place them where BigOnYa said. You can use Webmanmod to launch them from the xmb, or Multiman as stated.
On a separate note, i recommend copying games from your pc instead via ftp, it's faster than usb transfer (on the ps3) and of course you don't have to worry about fat32 or files exceeding the limit (4gb).

You don't need wifi or internet for that matter to ftp data to the ps3.

To ftp to the ps3? Pretty sure there plenty of tutorials online but i can assist :
- Get an ethernet cable (duh)
- connect it to both your pc and ps3, and make sure both are on.
- Go to internet settings in your ps3, create a new connection with ethernet, and enter a new ip address (the default ip address of your home plus a unique number at the end like "20"), Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, and Default ip address. Dns: 8.8.8.8
Then test connection.
- Go to the computer, do the same but give it a different ip address at the end, like with the ps3.
- get a an ftp program, like Filezilla, enter ip address of your ps3, leave user/pass box empty, port:21. And test. It should work. If not, there could be some conflict/discrepancy between the 2 ip addresses

Put the game in one of the following directories in dev_hdd0:

• PS3 game folder - GAMES
• PS3 ISO - PS3ISO
• PS2 ISO - PS2ISO
• PS1 ISO or BIN/CUE - PSXISO

In webMAN MOD use the "refresh list and reload XMB" option. Once XMB reloads your games will appear under "webMAN Games". Select a game from there and it will be mounted as a virtual disc, then just start it as you would a disc game.

You asked "how to ftp" and i genuinely answered, even if it took me 5 minutes to construct it, and i did based on the assumption that you can not only follow instructions, but think for yourself and even improvise when eventually you encounter issues/difficulties.. The answer to your question is simple, either get one closer to the other (temporarily) to do the ftp. get a long ethernet cable (not recommended), or simply do not ftp.

I've read its actually on the PS3ISO folder and not the GAMES folder

If it's a single ISO file then it goes into the PS3ISO directory. If it's an extracted game folder it goes to the GAMES directory.
