Another question:

Update your 3DS by going to System Settings, then “Other Settings”, then going all the way to the right and using “System Update”

Should I do this? I'm on 11.2 and I enabled:

• “Clock+L2(x)”

The issue is that just below that it says:

• This breaks the Homebrew Launcher on 11.3!

It's telling me to update, but just before that, it says it breaks HBL.

You don't need to turn that option on if you don't want to. If you want to launch hbl, just disable it on next boot and you'll be good to go

I thought it improved frame rate. Do I need to do the update? From my understanding 11.3 does nothing but slow down Zelda OOT.

I'll skip the update if I can, but I keep being old I need to follow the directions to the letter. That is why I'm asking.

If you don't update you won't be able to inject FBI (unless you create your own injectable file using Universal Inject Generator).
