Homebrew How do I get DLC title keys?

On the Wii U Title Keys Database, there are only 2 DLC title keys that are downloadable, and only one of them is for the US. It's for a game that I have no intent in playing, which is LEGO Dimensions. What I want is some DLC for is Minecraft: Wii U edition, but there is not a single one on that site that is downloadable. Please help.

Look on that ISO site or on that umbra site, maybe you'll find it there, I can't be more specific.
