Are you getting that in PKHeX? If I remember correctly, the legitness checker doesn't fully work for Gen VII and reports legit pokemon as invalid.

HA can only come from events, SOS encounters, Horde Battles or from pokemon hatched from an Egg
If your pokemon cannot follow one of the following ^ requirements it can't have it's HA. With the exception of the starters, starters HA's haven't been released yet.

It likely is. Th only way to till is boot battle spot with said pokemon in your team and see if it says someone tis wrong with one of your pokemon

Battle spot. The place that lets you randomly battle other people over the internet. It checks if teams are legit and throws an error at you if it isn't

Most of the normal checks in PKHeX are correct. He's really not giving much information to help him, and there's many things that could be wrong, so until he does so...
