ROM Hack How do I extract audio from Switch games?

Anyone know how would I be able to unpack a .pck audio file. I wanted to have the soundtrack for Xenoblade Chronicles but all of the audio files for BGM/Voices are all .prk files and I can't find a way to extract them it.

That i would like to change audio in several games , and a program to decompress the audio files and recompress them will be great
