Hacking how do i edit usrcheat.dat and add my own codes?

i want to be able to edit my usrcheat.dat (the big cheat database file) and add my own cheats but it doesnt work because when i open it in notepad it only shows a bunch of codes.. anyone know what wrong? thanks, JamZ

Don't use USRCHEAT.DAT. Use CHEAT.DAT then use R4CCE to edit the cheats.
