How do I do these things in my Switch oled?

Can someone help me with this two things please?

How do I make it so the eshop doesn't ask me for a password each time I access it?

How do I configure my switch to stop asking me to press the same button 3 times to exit sleep mode?

I could do that in my normal switch a long time ago but I havent foud how to do it in my Oled one.

The first thing should be in the account settings once you access the eshop

And the sleep mode thing is in your system setting
