ROM Hack how do i create a cia qr code?

recently i created a cia file for my old duck hunt nes game and i wanted to know how to install it without removing the back of the new 3ds since it is a pain to look for the screw driver sometimes. If anyone knows how please let me know as soon as possible.

u can use the built-in ftp app with the new 3ds. that way u don't have to take the back off.

How do I create a cia file though like rom injections? That's what I ment. I already know that fbi can read qr codes. I just want to create a cia file and then transfer it to a qr code but I don't know how to do that.

Get the link to the cia, then use this

just download it from that iso site or a chaos iso site and install. no need to make it yourself
