Homebrew How do i convert 3ds. Into CIA.

Soo like, I'm so confused about this. I've seen so many different ways, and I understood none.

Apparently there was one of putting a CIA. File into the "cías" then opened that folder in godmode9 but once I did that, it gave me an error. Failed downloading, So I didn't even get the chance to go to FBI to install, but yea. Anyway, I got some more GB on the card now, I guess! Hoping it will work, but still. I need to know how to convert 3ds. Files into CIA. files, also I would appreciate it if yall could send me links where I could Dow load 3ds games, well roms

Converting .3ds files to .cia files

1. Boot your console while holding (START) to launch Godmode9

2. Navigate to your .3ds file inside of the [0:] SDCARD drive

3. Press (A) on the .3ds file

4. Select NCSD image options... then select Build CIA from file

5. Your converted .cia file will be in the /gm9/out folder on the SD card.
