Hacking How do I change themes on R4 Ultra?

I got the R4 Ultra and want to know how I change the themes. Like how do I add them to the memory stick and how I have to switch between them in the ds lite and select it.

and by pressing Select

Ah okay and I press select in the main screen right. And does the theme change every month or something?
