Homebrew How do I add a GBA border to mGBA?

Hi,

I read somewhere that you just have to place frame.tpl.gz in the mGBA folder but it doesn't do anything for me. I tried placing it in the mGBA apps folder and then the other two mGBA folders that I have (1 on sd, 1 on USB).

I downloaded emGBA and it still doesn't display the border. Do I have to edit the config file? I can't find out what I'm supposed to put there if so... Thanks.
