Hacking How did Wii Menu display dates?

Well,I,m trying to build a iQue Wii menu based on 4.3e，so I unpacked Wii menu wad and replaced some files to let it displays UI in chinese. The other parts works just fine, but calender displays dates in

mm/yy , and the under bar in dd/mm format

,Did any one know how to make it in yy/mm and mm/dd format just like original iQue Wii 4.1C menu?

I tried to replace some files in the layout folder of 00000001.app but it didn't work.

I think some ppl built a custom system menu that's in Chinese or something, definitely one floating around that's in Russian, maybe see how they did it
