I have this O3DS with an 64gb inside with many games on it. I bought this N3DS and i has 16gb in it.
I would like to switch the contents (games+saves only)
Do i simply need to, backup the 2 of them on my pc. Find a way to switch reinand to the 64gb (i know theres a tool for that, (i dont recall the name) and then transfer a folder inside the o3ds emunand partition to the n3ds emunand partition?

You can't use the folders from your o3ds with the n3ds. If you can trim down the o3ds files to 16GB or less you can do the following (although 16GB is still probably too much stuff, if there's too much it'll get stuck after 1 day+ of transferring):

currently i have O3DS XL im planning to het new3ds XL

How to transfer emunand from o3ds xl to new3ds xl?
or maybe just the data or anything?
1. Set up an emuNAND on both consoles
2. Update both emunands to the latest
3. Delete anything you don't intend to play in the next month from the o3ds (if there's too much stuff it can get stuck).
4. Do a system transfer, choosing the wireless data transfer option
5. Wait a long time
6. When the new 3ds restarts itself after 'finishing', disable wireless on sysNAND, then boot into emuNAND, then choose to cancel the transfer
7. Enter eShop, sign in to your NNID, then exit the eShop. All your games will appear.

hum... wireless data transfer between O3DS to N3DS? I had never heard of that. Can you select games manually? only those with an existing savegame, the others by fbi

Everything is sent over. I'm talking about an official system transfer here, Nintendo isn't going to know about FBI. System Settings -> Other Settings -> System Transfer. You do this on both consoles, selecting "receive from" on your n3ds and "send from" on your o3ds.

Edit: if you don't care about your NNID, or NAND saves like Mii Plaza or Activity Log, you could backup all of your save games with SaveDataFiler, format the 64GB card and create a new emuNAND on the n3ds, and install all your games again onto the n3ds, and then restore all your save files.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
