Install a patched System Menu IOS. Download it via ModMii.

Is there another way besides ModMii ? ,IIRC I had some trouble last time I went to use ModMii... thanks

every ModMii bug that anyone's ever reported has been addressed, if it is still giving you issues, just report it, but chances are whatever issue u were experiencing has already been reported and fixed

Success, used ModMii and it worked this time.
