So I am following Githubs guide and got to the part with Hourglass, the only problem is that hourglass doesn't load;

I seen a thread addressing this and the Reddit post but i'm pretty new to the 3ds hacking scene and have no idea what to do. All i can do is press select to enter luma options and start to enter hourglass. Could someone please walk me through this next process as i'm pretty stuck!!
