I don't know, but I do know a method to import/export GameCube saves to SD/Memory Card...

I've exportef from a real Memory Card an Animal Crossing save to add dogs and cats as villagers, and reimport the modified town data back to my Memory Card using that software.
It's Wii Homebrew by the way, not sure if this helps?

i found a way to actually restore my pokemon colosseum save file but it wont load up i dont kno why

the github release supports gamecube if you use the gamecube folder
