Hacking Homebrew problem

When i put my apps on the sd and load like always it wont show it used to show up but 1 time it automatically formatted my sd card and after that nothing comes up i have homebrew 1.0.1 and nothing spacial and my sd works fine carry's data and stuff and ideas?
