Hacking Homebrew manager ios troubles

I'm attempting to delete the stubs off of my system so i can properly install darkcorp 1.1 to play backups of my wii/cube games. It wont let me delete any of the stubs, it'll ask if i want to delete, i choose yes and it just goes back to the manage ios screen. when i choose to delete all of the stub ios's i click yes and it tells me that there aren't any to delete, even those the ios manager shows me 4 stubs. Any ideas on my problem?
