On my 3ds ALH9 Luma3ds cfw when I lauch homebrew launcher it freezes on a red and black screen anybody know how to fix.

Reinstall the hbl cia and paste a new payload and boot.3dsx to the sd card
Helped with my problems
Re-download the homebrew starter kit (or the standalone executable) and paste it to the root of your SD card. Download that from here: smealum.github.io/3ds
