Everytime i launch the HB loader (either through browser hax on 9.2) or via the HB.cia its hit and miss if it loads, and then when it does, not all the apps load?

e.g. Decrypt9 opens 1/10 times, same for the GW shortcut?

Even running through EMU NAND on 11.X it still is just as flakey

Is this just me?

What entry points are you using?
If you're using browser hax or ninjhax you should install menuhax as those are unreliable. Also you should download a new boot.3dsx, the one you have might be damaged somehow

I would redownload the starter kit, or just boot.3dsx. Are you on the latest *hax version (2.6?)
If not all the apps are loading, make sure that the names of the homebrew folder and the names of the .3dsx and .smdh inside them match.

I am just using the starter kit from github and through BrowerHax (or via the Homebrew channel CIA)

Its not that the apps don't load, i can see them, just when i open one it crashes
