Finally, the homebrew channel works with splash

The good news, the homebrew channel working.
The bad news, I have an ISO and a .dol

USB:/apps/homebrewchannel/boot.dol
SD:/apps/homebrewchannel/boot.dol

Ok, this is completely off topic, but i see some nice graphics work going on there, and i am in need of abit of graphics work. i posted a topic in the emulator section, but i guess there is no traffic in there, so i'll put a shameless request in here. please take a look graphics people. just a few simple pictures.

Awesome work by spayrosam and roku! I wanted to know if its possible to get the sound from the Homebrew Channel WAD into the iso so it plays in WiiFlow? I thought one of the other HBC isos actually had it.

Anybody else having problems with the forwarders for tantric's emus? Can only confirm it with snes9x & vgabx.. but neither will read my settings.xml.

If I load vbagx directly from the HBC, it correctly reads and loads my settings (USB + custom paths). However, when I launch the emulators from Wiiflow/forwarders, the settings are all blank/default as if I've never configured the emulator.

I've tested with the emulator on only USB, only SD, and with it on both. I've placed the settings.xml everywhere I can think of trying to get VBAGX to read it.

My niave thought on what's causing it is the emulators look in the directory they were ran from for settings.xml. With the forwarder/iso's, for some reason the emulators are being passed a non-existent directory

In the meantime I've restructured my emus/roms to conform to the default settings. But it would be nice not to need my sdcard in 24/7. I also completely understand that the problem may be on the *GX side, and not something that can be corrected in the forwarder itself.

it doesn't work, it goes right back to the Wii menu after the splash screen, what can be wrong?

seems to work for me using the ISO and dol but i still have HAXX HBC 1.0.3 not JODI

maybe that's it, I used this HBC from below and it worked fine, I guess it's the HAXX ID of HBC, I still have HBC 1.0.3 as well,

"For who think that this can be useful, i uploaded the ISOs(CHCE00, CHCP00, CHCJ00 and CHCK00 version):
http://www.multiupload.com/LKO3KQSG0M
The 4 versions are the same, except for the covers that will be downloaded from the loaders(available soon, thanks to WiiTDB)."

Do these include the splash screen and sound for WiiFlow?

EDIT: I get a 4100 Channel error when I use the CHCE00 iso. The sound is there though, now I just need one that works along with the splash screen and music.

Sure would be nice if we could update page one with a final complete list (with links), these are great but they sure are spread out through the pages and there are lots of versions....

Puh-lease!

is it not possible to extract the opening.bnr from the faulty ISO and put it in the working ISO that way you would have a walking, talking HBC ISO forwarder

Tried using EWES, but it says the ISO isnt compatible. Suggest any other method?

In fst.bin is opennig.bnr
you should rewrite the fst.bin

a modified fst.bin containing links for the padding files
a modified boot.bin that is needed for the modified fst.bin to be accessed..
