Is there any GameCube homebrew I can run from a DVD to directly convert a save from NTSC to PAL (i.e., convert it on the memory card)?
On MaxConsole, I found a Windows program that claims to convert GameCube save (link, "GC Save Converter"). Unfortunately, I don't have any way to copy the save to a computer (I only have a regular memory card).
