Homebrew Homebrew downloader

I have been searching everywhere for a homebrew which you could use to DOWNLOAD more homebrew apps and games ready to use (unzipped) onto your SD

Like whats on DSorganize but in case you dont know DSorganize does NOT work on dsi.

Could you please tell me the name of such an app OR give a link.(i know the rules about linking to roms but since HOMEBREW is legal i presume its OK)

i guess they need to make an appup then because that only has games

Lol gameup gave me an error when I downloaded something and turned all my sav files into 1gb files (and I had a lot of save files) even my memory card can support up to 2 GB.
