yeah you can just drag the .wav onto the exe too and it will output the bcwav, oh and just remember that the wav has to be 3 seconds or less

GOT IT. Was missing ToolDevelopmentKit.dll
im not sure tbh if you got the whole sdk thing just leave the converter in the command line tools folder and drag the wav file onto it

I wonder, is there a way for the general user to dump the RAM of games that require higher FW than 4.x? Maybe now that we can install cia etc.?
Because SSSpwn works on all firmwares, while the ROM Loading with CFW is still 4.5 only. He is not going to widespread piracy to all firmwares.

Full kernel access for homebrew would result in creating a 5+ emunand. I mean, what do you think Gateway's launcher is? It's technically a piece of homebrew with full kernel access.

There isn't any source publicly available for ctrclient. You could try asking yellows8 in #3dsdev, but since ctrclient was never meant to be public like it is, I doubt you'll get a positive response.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
