Hacking homebrew channel iso

Hey, ran into the same problem everyone has been trying to run madworld.

I don't have TP so i want to install the HB channel without the twilight hack. problem is the site for the iso is down. can any one helpm e oout?

the iso only works if you have a modchip and if you're system menu is 3.2 or less. so there's no point in getting it for you.
