Menuhax manager works but not the others sry for dont saying this ^^'

are your apps in 3ds folder
any since you are using the latest boot 3dsx you should have hax 2.5

Yes i download it from smealum site but you mean the menuhax ? Thats are 2.1 manager

once you select the app will it show a blue screen and green screen for a second or just a red screen

Just a red screen i tested (eshop spoofer, eshop old version downloader(on this two the screen loads green and blue), CHMM2, ftBRONY, Hans(same as eshop), mGBA and sysupdater

For information i have download the ropbin payload for 10.3.0-28E is this right or better the otherapp payload ?

Oh okay and the Region free launcher crash vor something but i can after Start go to home menu ober the home menu button

I don't know why i have copy the files in the 3ds folder and this have make duplicatet the last app :/

Yes works perfect for a time the homebrewlauncher not Start other browserhax but after formatting SD and redownload the Starter pack it worked

get rid of the boot 3dsx from the 3ds folder
