I recently got a new 2TB hard drive, and after loading it with all my backups, I started to use it. USB Loader GX and Nintendont are able to load games from it just fine, but then everything else just...doesn't work. FCEU GX just crashes and returns to the Hombrew Channel, and Genesis Plus has errors loading the directory, despite everything being organized like the last drive I was using. What more, USB Loader can't make backups; it doesn't get any farther than 10% before the installation freezes. Lastly, WiiMC hasn't been able to find the drive, and it was able to detect my other one.

All my applications are loaded into an SD, while all the backups are on the drive. It is formatted to FAT32, just like my previous 64GB thumbdrive. CleanRip's version is 2.1.1, and USBLoader is version 3.0 r1272. WiiMC is also the latest version. I got this drive specifically for use with the Wii, so I really need to make it work. I don't think there's anything all that different with the way the drives are formatted, save for the size. Can anyone help me out?

Edit: Note that the error CleanRip is returning is '00000000: Error mounting drive'.

Sorry for the double post, but after further setup and testing, I can say that everything except USB Loader GX and Nintendont cannot detect my USB drive. It works perfectly fine for playing Gamecube games, and Wii games are spotty, with some giving black screens, and others working just fine. I have updated the old IOS and cIOS using ModMii, so I'm pretty sure this is a problem with the drive...but what is wrong? It's obviously compatible with the Gamecube portion, and the Wii games are at least detected.

Here's the SysCheck regardless:

Sorry again, but I figured out the problem. The allocation size was 64k rather than 32k. After reformatting the drive, all the applications are able to detect it. Now I just have to get USBLoader's forwarder channel to not give me a black screen, and get Wii games to show more tha na black screen as well. I'll refer to other threads for that, however.
