Well, you can totally do it now. for 1,99€($). Takes about an hour. 11.6 IS exploited. Through NTR boot. It can't be fixed and works on all systems, I don't think most of the people capable of exploiting the system give a a fuck at this point. We have 2 methods. Aside from the EOL bug, I wouldn't hold your breath.
