try to format it using tinyformat and see if you will get more space
also , maybe you got an incomplete downgrade? check with the 'downgrade checker' tool to see if anything is missing

I already have a proper downgrade, because i already checked... no expected version thing, and it wouldnt let me update emunand if i had a broken downgrade

Also, if you read the entire forum i already said it was because i didn't have badge arcade installed

And you can still "only" have 300 cias, lol

It's not (only) badge arcade, I got the expansion before that was released in Europe by having about 4 columns of apps at 6 rows zoom

That's not true. A partial downgrade/frankenfirmware wouldn't prevent you from updating. In fact, in some cases that's the only way to get rid of a frankenfirmware.

In my case it would completely crash the 3ds in some never heard of way... and the only way i could fix it was to downgrade from 9.2 to 9.2... so i downgraded a downgrade, i think native_firm got corrupted or something afaik

Recovery mode is always an option though (unless the 3DS is perma-bricked)

Not when i decided to fix it... recovery mode would have brought be to 10.6 and i don't have the resources for a hardmod, and it wasnt bricked, emunand would do some weird crashing thing. My problem was so vague and unheard of that i ended up making a demonstration video

Fixed it now but thats what it did... i was stuck on 9.2 emunand and a broken sysnand until i formatted and redowngraded
