home screen empty no titles

Tried to install a CIA like normal, came up with an error that I can't remember. when i exited Fbi all titles and themes missing.
Tried Faketik, and that hasn't worked either.
I can still access Fbi and titles through homebrew manager but i'd rather have everything back to before...
Should i just reformat my sd card?

That's what I would do... Mainly because I lack the knowledge to fix this
