same here brother, happened when I was still on 8.x, but I'm still having the same issue on 9.1.0 atmosphere 10.0.2
only game having issue, sigpatches are installed and good.
tried multiple versions of goldleaf and tinfoil (i retry every time the apps are updated)

update, I was able to install it by using NSC_Builder to create a ticketless NSP combining both the base game and the update.
