When connected with a cable (instead of wifi) at home, I have 250 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up. Now with wifi (and several other computers connected, torrent running in the background, lots of tabs in chrome) I have 68 Mbps down and 8 Mbps up. 
It's alright for what I use it for (streaming, downloading). Never playing online (I just don't like it).
