Hi, I 'm new to DS downloading and completly ds illiterate. If anyone canlet me have a dummies guide to downloading this file to my ds firecard I would be grateful. Thank you.

second....you should have posted your problem in the right section (you have a better chance of getting help by posting it in the right sections)
or use the search button to find a solution for your problem

i dont have a firecard so i dont know what to say to you

edit: from what i have search
you need to connect the firecard to the pc using the fire link cable and then download the right firmware (includes xmenu.dat) and put it in the card
