Welcome back Rydian! I am truly glad you decided to return. One thing you may not have realized (I didn't either until after you left) is that you have quite a positive effect on many members here. You're a heck of a lot more in-touch with the younger generation than I could ever hope to be and I know many members will be very happy to learn that you're back.

For the record, it's not furry (or gay) talk that bothers me exactly, it's the outrageous, over-the-top kind that was truly obscene that bothers me. Especially when one takes into consideration the average age of the members here and how the younger member's parents might view GBAtemp if they ever saw any of the things their kids were being exposed to. My sole concern when I made that rant-blog was the image GBAtemp was projecting to the kids who are at a very impressionable age. I know you've already said that my blog rant had nothing to do with your leaving in the first place, but I can't help but feel that my rant hastened your initial decision to leave at least a little bit. Just know that when I made that rant, I wasn't bashing furry's outright (even though it may have seemed that way), nor was I targeting any particular person, I was trying to say that some of the more obscene talk needed to be toned down. Also know that I don't consider you an enemy or bad person at all and I apologize to you for any misunderstanding I may have caused with that rant and the animosity that resulted from it.

We here at GBAtemp are an eclectic bunch and we may not always agree on everything that goes on here, but I'm sure I speak for the majority of members when I say we are glad you decided to come back into the fold.
