Gaming HGSS cheat help

I'm trying to make an AR cheat so that when I hit start, it pulls up the menu. This is what I've got so far but it doesn't seem to work on NO$GBA:

94000130 FFF70000
94000136 FFFE0001
12000136 FFFE0000
D2000000 00000000

First two lines are conditions from R4CCE that state if start is pressed and x is not pressed. Third line is where I'm having problems as I'm a n00b at AR cheats. I said 16 bit write command and used the x condition from R4CCE, but I'm almost positive it's dead wrong. Last line -- End if.

Any help would be appreciated.

if only things can be done so easily
there are also many things that i don't know
for example
making a map become much more visible...
something like defog...

Im with Prof. 9, You get used it to, i used to hate the idea of X and not start. But its much easier going with X. But if its something you want to do , go for it. Sorry i cant help with the cheat
