I think this show is disrespected in the pantheon of nostalgic time; it's a lot more than just a kids show! This is a show that teaches you about life and uses children as a metaphor for an ambitious purpose. Furthermore, it has expansive creativity and tons of hidden adult humor. It was truly something of genius that I can only completely appreciate now. In fact, I can relate to the show on so many more levels now; it was truly ahead of it's time and with only minor editing, could have been made into something that people of all ages would respect.
