Recently after discovering a USB port on my brand new laptop didn't work (it gave power but no data) I decided to try updating my laptop using HP support assistant after no information on the internet. What a fool I was, 4 of the 6 updates failed and had to revert back using windows restore point. But little did I know that HP Help was trying to update its self at startup from my TEMP folder. After trying with Windows Update cleaner I used task manger to locate the pesky process and delete it.

Now I know, never trust HP with updates.

Also the USB is still not working all the others work fine with the same devices. Any ideas?
And as well as that I have a Wireless mouse which my BIOS trys to boot from. How can I disbale this feature?

yeah... i have an HP printer that keeps prompting me to update web browser integration. But whenever I try to update it just fails.

That being said, HP isn't the worst offender lol.
