Gaming Henry Hatsworth bug

So in my file of HH I'm about to go into world 2-5.

I go in, the hats that I have load (lives I have left) and then black screen indefinitely.

Anyone know what to do??

UPDATE: Just got another file to the same exact spot and got the black screen again... Problem with the rom, maybe?

UPDATE 2: Thought you guys should know this is on an Acekard 2i with version 4.15 firmware.

How do I fix this? Is my only option to restart?

Are there any tell-tale signs of corruption??
