Ive been looking it up can it play games that require yet off a back up. Is that what the psn spoofing is? Sorry if these have all been asked already I just wanted to know and everything I found when I looked it up was PSN spoofing or post from September saying how it cant.

No. PSN Spoofing just allows us to connect to PSN, it in no way allows us to play games that require a higher firmware.

Long : Yes but it will be hard and surely on newer firmware
