Homebrew Help!!!!!

Today I installed CFW onto my 3ds. Everything was going swell until I tried to install a .cia of Hyrule warriors legends. I got this error:
Install Failed!
Could Not Install app.
Raw error: 0xc86044d2
Module: FS (0 x 19)
Level: Status (0 x 19)
Summary: Out of resource (0 x 3)
Description: Unknown Description (0 x d2)

and I don't know how to fix it!! Somebody please help me!

Do you have enough space for it?
Do other cias install?
Have you tried other Cia installers?
Are you using emunand or sysnand?
What cfw?
O3ds or n3ds?
Was it downgraded?
What firmware?

I tried fire emblem fates but that didn't work either. Maybe I am out of space on my sd card. Also no I haven't tried anyother installers. O3ds, downgraded to 9.20 but

It sounds like, as WeedZ mentioned, you don't have enough space to install the cia. 'Not enough resource' refers to your storage as resource.
