Why would you want to use gateway? I'm trying to get to the source of this, there could be a much easier solution.

the only thing it offers.. more over cia installations is just drag n' drop, thats it. cheats? use NTR, want sd space? just get a bigger SD, save management? JKSM, Worried about bans? you'll have slightly Higher risks if your .3ds files dont have a proper private header than if just say using a CIA.

theres nothing gatewait offers that current CFW tools, Homebrew and a few extra $$ (in the case of extra Storage,) cant do. not that im Bashin or Sh**t'n on yer desire to use your gateway, but im legit confused why you want to go out of your way TO use it outside to justify the purchase/ not feel like it was a waste.

So I don't want to download the cias & waste my lot of time to install them. Also internet here in Pakistan is too slow. So it will take months to download the games.

you can convert your .3DS games to CIA w/o needing to redownload. and you can use FBI to install via Network (use something like https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-boop-1-3-0.455219/ to send/install over network) if you have that many games w/ an N3DS (im not sure an N3DS could use an 256GB SD to fit all 4 64GB SD's worth of games) so w/ that clear i can understand now Why you want to. as to why we cant link you (get caught emailing), PMing you as well links to the CTR Transfeer files. as it's still considered piracy due to the CTR Transfer image is still copyrighted Content. the 3DS Guide should have links to it still if not a lil search on That ISO site or That Chaos Site (before it closes in a month.)should yeild results.

You already got the same answer, multiple times actually. You need to find yourself either a CTRNAND to transfer or the CIAs to downgrade.

It’s “safe” in the notion that it can be easily repaired. But any time you do something like downgrading there’s always an inherent of breaking something. Now it’s not as a bad as before, as NTRBoot can and will fix anything that happens, but it’s still a risk of something happening.
