Pressing start won't mess with your nand. Are you absolutly sure you didn't close your 3DS system Instead?

I really don't understand why you get problems the guide is pretty fool proof and easy to follow. Just read every phrease and do exactly what's in there.

Check the names of your payloads and try and use one.

We know it crashes when you turn it on, but the payloads should still work. The guide should telll you what to do.

You seem like your not reading or understanding what people are saying. So just trash the 3ds and start with a new(or used) one.


a9lh boots before the 3ds boots. So a9lh, luma, then 3ds.
So make sure all the needed files are in place for the luma payloads. then boot into hourglass and transfer a 9.2 nand.

Now if you havent even gotta that far and your still on 2.1 without installing the a9lh, then you might be bricked but yet you never said what step you where on or what you did.

remove the sd card and see if it will boot up.

Have you gotten the opt.bin yet? and did you ever close the lid (putting it to sleep ) while in 2.1?

You can solve your problem by booting into a luma payload.

Try clearing the homemenu extdata/booting without an sd card.
