My 3DS is FUCKED. It turns on, and there's no top screen. It's not broken, it's just black and I'm worried as SHIT. I just got this back a month ago. PLEASE HELP. I AM DESPERATE.

It is never appropriate to start a thread with a title like HELP PLEASE, sir. What would this message board look like if everyone did that? Please try to write a more descriptive thread title when seeking assistance in the future.

Does that mean the bottom screen is working? How about the sound? And the buttons? (Don't you think that would be more descriptive than "FUCKED"?)

Back from where? Was there something wrong with this unit in the past? Did you send it somewhere to get fixed?

Details, details...

Alright. Sorry, I'll try to be more specific. I'm just REALLY PANICKING. Okay, so I got it taken away for a year, got it back. Bottom screen still works, as well as buttons and sound. It's JUST the top, and if the cable is loose, I can't take it apart because I don't have the tools.

Well, there's pretty much no way something like that is going to happen because of a software problem.

Well, I knew that much, because I took out the SD and checked it, and it still had the same problem, so I'm either going to have to:

A | Save up money to fix it
or
B | See if I can take it apart and see whats wrong (which I probably won't do.
