Gaming help with zelda spirit tracks save

so i loaded the game after not playing it for a while but it shows i have no save. i had a save on my desktop as a backup so i tried that and same result. whats goin on?

How far into the game were you? I got to the sand temple saved then when I next played everything had gone. There was no way I was playing all the way through again so with the help of google I found another save file at the same point I was. This could be your only option I'm afraid.
