Gaming Help With Xbox 360 Save Transfer to Xbox One!

Hey guys! I'd just like to ask a question. Say if I own Destiny on the Xbox 360, and I decided to buy the same game on the Xbox One, would my saves be transferred on to the Xbox One and be able to use the Xbox 360 saves on the Xbox One version of the game?

Note: I am using the same profile and don't have Xbox Live Gold for using Cloud to backup my saves.

You can't use the 360 save on the One version.
You can however use the 360 version on the 360 version on the One.

What about if I want to get the new dlc only available for Xbox One? Do I have to restart everything on my game?

Whilst you have a XBone save active?
I don't think so, then again, I don't know as I don't play it.
