Hi there! I am having an issue with WiiFlow and was hoping someone might be able to help

Problem: After using Wii Backup Manager to load games onto my USB, and moving the USB to the Wii, WiiFlow isn't detecting my new games. Afterwards, using the file explorer in WiiFlow and looking at the USB on my computer, the wbfs file for the games are gone! The folder created by Wii Backup Manager is still there, but the wbfs files themselves are missing. I've tried refreshing the page to view the new games, and these steps were working just yesterday, as I successfully loaded 3 games into WiiFlow, all of which still work.

I am using a Wii, and not a virtual Wii. I have the latest cIOS files installed correctly, my USB is formatted to FAT32, and as far as I can tell there is no issue with anything that would be preventing me from playing games in WiiFlow, since the previously installed games still work. I've tried deleting the folders and re-installing the games via Wii Backup Manager multiple times, but the same thing happens each time. I've tried this with 3 different games since discovering the problem, and the issue happens to all 3 games, so I don't think its a problem with the individual wbfs or original iso files (Or if it is I'm rather unlucky!). I've also tried deleting the config file in the apps/wiiflow folder on my SD card, but that didn't fix the issue either. I've scanned both the USB and SD for bad bits or errors and they both come up clean, and were just freshly formatted yesterday. I also checked for any newer version of WiiFlow, and there were no updates available (I downloaded the newest version just yesterday, but I thought I'd try just in case). I've tried copying the wbfs and re-using it, as well as re-installing completely from iso via Wii Backup Manager.

Really confused, as I don't know how WiiFlow could even be deleting games, and everything else in the app is still working great, and as far as I can tell, nothing has changed in my methods to load games in since yesterday, when it was working just fine.

Any help or ideas about this would be greatly appreciated! :)

Edit: Okay, so this same issue is now happening when trying to load Gamecube games and boot with Nintendont. So, I decided to load the games in and remove them from the computer, and then immediately plus the USB back in without plugging it into the Wii, and it appears my computer or USB is the issue, as the newly written files are gone before even touching the Wii. I'm guessing it just somehow got corrupted, I formatted it, and it got corrupted again, but either way, at least the problem has been further isolated.
